【業務内容】
大企業のお客様プロジェクトにおけるセキュリティ領域のリーダーとして、IaaS, PaaS, SaaS、ゼロトラストなどクラウド環境に対するセキュリティ課題解決のためのソリューションの提案、導入、運用をリードしていただきます。レガシー環境からの刷新案件も含まれるためオンプレ環境も含みます。
技術者としてプロジェクトの技術的な対応をメンバーやパートナーと共にリードすると共に、プロジェクトの成功に向けて進捗・課題管理、チームビルディング、お客様とのコミュニケーションを積極的に行うことも含まれます。

We are seeking security engineers who will play a key role in projects focused on cloud security and Zero Trust architecture.
 

【Business Activities】
As a security leader for large-scale customer projects, you will take the lead in proposing, implementing, and operating solutions to address security challenges in cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Zero Trust. These projects may also involve modernization initiatives from legacy systems, which include on-premises environments.
In addition to driving the technical aspects of the project as an engineer in collaboration with team members and partners, your responsibilities will include actively managing progress and issues, building teams, and maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure project success.

Who You Are

【要求するスキル】

• AWSスキル(Solution Architect, Security Speciality相当)またはAzureでの同等スキル(両方あると望ましい)

• ネットワークセキュリティ、暗号化、認証・認可の知識

• ゼロトラストアーキテクチャの理解

• 上記のいずれかにおける商用環境への導入、運用の経験(3年以上が望ましい)

• お客様やステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションスキル

• プロジェクトを自走してリードできる(進捗、課題、品質管理、リーダーシップ)

• ネイティブレベルの日本語

• 英語による読み書き

【Required Skills】

• AWS expertise equivalent to Solution Architect or Security Specialty, or comparable skills in Microsoft Azure (both preferred)
• Knowledge of network security, encryption, and authentication/authorization
• Understanding of Zero Trust architecture
• Experience in implementation and operation in a commercial environment for any of the above (preferably 3+ years)
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to lead projects independently, including progress tracking, issue resolution, quality management, and team leadership
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Ability to read and write in English
