職務内容

  • 自社EC、Amazon、楽天、Yahoo、各種アプリストアでの販売戦略立案・実行
  • 商品選定、販売ページ改善、プロモーション企画の設計・運用
  • 売上・CV・LTV最大化を目的とした価格戦略の策定(通常価格、割引、バンドル、定期購買)
  • EC/プラットフォームパートナーとの商談・条件交渉
  • 社内関係部門との連携(Marketing、CS、Finance、Legal)
  • KPI管理およびデータ分析に基づくPDCA推進

理想の人材

  • コンシューマ向け商品のEC運営経験(3年以上)
  • 価格・キャンペーン設計から分析・改善までの実務経験
  • EC/プラットフォームパートナーとの交渉経験
  • 基本的なデータ分析・運用ツールの使用経験
