コンピュート業部は、Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) の主軸製品であるサーバ製品および関連ソリューションの販売促進を担う、組織内で重要な役割を果たす部門です。このポジションでは、顧客のビジネスニーズを深く理解し、それに基づいた最適なサーバソリューションを提案することで、年間の売上目標の達成を目指します。また、インダストリーごとの特性や課題に対応したサーバソリューションを提供することで、顧客のITインフラの価値を最大化する重要な役割を担います。

【職務内容】

営業活動:

  • 下記アカウントに対してHPEのコンピュートビジネスの拡大を目指す。

- 休眠顧客(過去5年間、HPEのCompute製品を購入していない既存顧客)

- 新規顧客(過去にHPEから一度も購入したことのないアカウント)

  • コンピュートビジネス拡大のための新規案件の創出。
  • 年間の売上目標を達成するための営業戦略の策定と実行。
  • HPEのサーバ製品および関連ソリューションの販売促進と営業活動の実施。
  • インダストリーごとの特性や課題を分析し、それに適した製品の提案。

ソリューション提案:

  • 顧客のビジネスニーズやITインフラ課題を理解し、HPEの最新テクノロジーを活用したカスタマイズソリューションの提案。
  • インダストリーに特化した高度な技術的知識を活用し、顧客の課題解決を支援。
  • 必要に応じて技術部門やUS本社の製品チームと連携し、専門的なサポートを提供。

グローバル連携:

  • 国内の営業活動に加え、US本社のサーバ製品部門や技術部門と密に連携を図る。
  • HPEが誇る最新のテクノロジーを活用し、顧客に最適なソリューションを提供。
  • グローバルチームとの協力により、競争力のある製品提案を実現。

市場分析と競合調査:

  • サーバ市場のトレンドや競合他社の動向を分析し、営業活動に反映。
  • インダストリーごとの市場ニーズを把握し、HPE製品の競争力を強化。
  • 営業部門内での知識共有や改善提案を行い、組織全体の成長に寄与。

顧客対応:

  • 契約交渉や見積もり作成を含む商談を円滑に進める。
  • 定期的な訪問やコミュニケーションを通じて、顧客との信頼関係を構築。
  • 導入後のフォローアップを行い、顧客満足度を向上させる。
  • サーバ製品以外多様なニーズに対しても、他製品部門と連携して最適なソリューションの提供に努める。

【必須スキル・経験】

  • 5年以上の法人IT営業経験(メーカー、Sire等問わず)
  • 自らゴールとプラン設定ができ、積極的に行動するリーダーシップがある方
  • 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方
  • フットワーク軽く、スピード感をもって活動ができる方
  • 顧客や社内他部門に対する提案等のコミュニケーション能力がある方
  • IT全般の知識 (あれば、尚可)

【その他(Want条件)】

  • 新規顧客開拓営業経験(例:テレマーケティング・ダイレクトメールなどのナレッジ)
  • サーバ機器の販売経験
  • 英語力
