【配属先部署の担う役割】
解析センターは次世代のクボタを担う解析技術の高度化に挑戦し、
製品の高性能化・ものづくりの革新を実現する部門です。
様々な製品性能の解析化と最適設計を可能にし、高性能化と開発効率向上を
目指しています。
【具体的な仕事内容】
キャリア採用では、土壌、作物挙動を伴う農建機の作業性能に関して、
関係するリーダー(機構・DEM)と共に働く中堅層を求めています。
・最新の計測技術と解析技術を駆使して、農建機作業性能の解析手法を確立します。
・確立した解析手法を使い、最適設計手法まで確立。農建機の高性能化提案と
検証を行います。
【業務の流れ】
・作業性能を解析化するために、担当者数名で農建機稼働中の現象を計測し、
解析手法を検討します。
・必要に応じて計測、解析手法の開発や新規導入を行い、
現象を理論的に解明し、数値モデル化します。
・さらに設計手法を確立し、開発機に適用していきます。
【働くスタイル】
・担当案件数や体制は、『手法確立』は、一人2〜3案件を約1〜3年の期間で担当し、
2名ほどで主副担当を決めて進行します。
『開発機適用』は、一人3〜4案件を約1〜2カ月で行い、基本1名で実施します。
・ 部内、チーム内で打ち合わせを頻繁に行い、各専門家の意見を聞きながら
進めています。またチームを横断して進めるテーマもあります。
・解析技術だけでなく、計測技術にも精通する必要があり、
実機計測や検証は、設計部門と共同で社内研究所や国内外現地試験に赴き
データを計測します。
・新技術導入のため社外との連携も積極的に行っています。

・3DCAD(CATIA、NX、I-Deas)
・解析ソフト(ADAMS、EDEM、ROCKYDEMなど)

国内外の製品開発部門、基礎研究部門、試作部門など

求める経験・スキル
【学歴】大卒以上(機械系)
【必須】
・解析技術者としての業務経験があり、
DEM・もしくはテラメカニクス分野の解析手法に興味のある方
・解析業務においてはオペレータでなく、自らモデル化や手法確立の経験があること
・図面が読めること(どこに使われるか想像出来たり寸法や公差がわかれば問題ない)
・機械工学の基礎知識(材力、機力)
【歓迎】
・DEMもしくはテラメカニクス分野の専門知識
・機構解析経験者
・3D CAD経験者
・油圧、制御の1DCAE経験又は知識
・構造、流体、振動解析技術
・計測経験
・設計経験
・金属材料知識
・基礎会話レベル以上の英語力があれば尚可
