  • 具体的なお仕事内容

当法人にて、事務作業をお任せいたします。法律に関するお仕事にはなりますが、PC入力や書類の整理などがメインです。

・書類の整理や返却

・郵便の受領や差出し

・来所者への接客(ご案内やお茶出し)

・電話対応や事務所の清掃など

・法務局や役所、金融機関への書類の提出

※書類の授受は社用車(普通車)を活用していただき、

高速道路を利用した移動もあります。

【業界未経験の方も積極採用中】

業界にかかわらず、一般事務や総務事務、庶務などのご経験が活かせます。分からないことがあっても、周りの先輩スタッフにすぐに聞ける環境です。

・普通自動車免許(AT可)

・WordやExcelの基本操作ができる方

・一般事務や営業事務、総務などの実務経験
