*お任せするお仕事内容*

ー

【社労士補助】として

社労士や新規事業に関わる営業を

バックオフィスで支えます。

【具体的には】

・労働保険、社会保険の書類作成

・給与計算

・助成金申請書類、許認可申請書類の作成

・人事労務に関するコンサルタント

・就業規則、雇用契約書の作成 等

経営サポートを行う社労士の補助をお任せ。

*業務は2~3名程度のチームで進行。

先輩社員からアドバイスをうけながら

仕事を進めることができます。

*将来的にはクライアントの

・DX支援

・組織開発

・企業型確定拠出年金(企業型DC)

などのコンサルティング業務も担当し

仕事の幅を広げていくことができます。

未経験者の場合は補助業務で

業務の流れを身につけます。

未経験でも意欲があれば問題ありません。

社労士業務に加え

企業型確定拠出年金(企業型DC)など

<必要スキル>

・パソコン操作:メール(Outlook)、Word、Excel(四則計算)

※書類作成があるため、PC操作スキル必須

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(休憩時間 1時間00分)

※残業は月10h~20h程度(繁忙期は30h程度です)

ペーパーレス、PC作業自動化につながる

RPAツールを導入し、業務の効率化を実現。

オンラインツール、HRクラウドシステムも駆使し

自社、顧問先企業の人事労務DX化に取り組んでいます。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万500円 〜 24万4000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万9500円 〜 3万6000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※DX、クラウド化により残業を減らしていくよう推進しています

【手当】

資格手当(1万円~)

サブリーダー手当 (1万円~)

リーダー手当(2万円~)

交通費規定支給(上限2万円/月)

【昇給】

年1~2回以上(昨年度実績:2回) 1万円~2万5000円

※頑張りは社歴問わず評価する風土なので、入社早々に昇給も実施します。
