【 こんなお仕事 】
メインのお仕事は早朝時間のいちご収穫や苗の管理になります
いちご苗の管理作業の他にビニールハウス内清掃をお願いする時もあります
作業の流れ、やり方は優しく丁寧に教えますので、未経験者でもご安心ください

- いちごは繊細なので管理に慣れるまで少し大変…
ただ最初は先輩スタッフがサポートするのでご安心ください
<シフトについて>
火曜日定休のため、火曜日以外の週4日~OK(週6日出られる方が優先となります)
他、元旦以外の年末年始に出勤できる方がいらっしゃると助かります(元旦はお休みです)
土日祝のみの勤務もOKです
いちご園で週末にお客様が多くいらっしゃるので、土曜日と日曜日や祝日は毎週とは言いませんがなるべく入っていただけると嬉しいです

06:00~12:00
*1日3時間~OK
※時期やいちごの状況によって多少変動あり
- 週4日~OK
- 土日祝のみOK
休日休暇
12月~5月:火曜定休
- いちごシーズンの6時〜8時は時給プラス100円
(試用期間終了後)
6月~11月:月曜・火曜定休
- 夏季休暇あり
※夏季~秋季はオフ期間となり、月の半分はお休みになります。この期間は通常の時給プラス100円になります

高崎玉村スマートICより車で5分、新町駅より車で12分、駒形駅より車で17分
給与詳細
基本給:時給 1050円 〜
- 昇給あり
- 夏季手当あり:100円/1h(100時間の試用期間終了後)
※夏季~秋季はオフ期間となり、月の半分位はお休みになります。この期間は通常の時給プラス100円になります
