【仕事内容】

以下のようなプロモーションにおけるキャスティング業務を一貫してご担当いただきます。

・インフルエンサー、タレント、アーティスト、芸能人などのキャスティング戦略の立案・実行

・クライアントの課題に合わせた最適な出演者の提案、交渉、出演調整

・芸能事務所やフリークリエイターとのリレーション構築/新規開拓

・契約交渉・契約関連業務

・社内外との連携(プランナーやディレクターなどと連携し、効果最大化を追求)

将来的に自社所属インフルエンサーのプロデュース・育成・マネジメントも担当いただく予定です

資格


【必須条件】

・キャスティング業務(出演交渉・調整など)の実務経験

【歓迎/尚可】・インフルエンサー/タレント/芸能人と連携したプロモーション企画のご経験

・芸能事務所や代理店との折衝、契約、進行管理のご経験

・タレント・芸能人キャスティングの新規開拓・戦略設計経験

・芸能マネージャーや広告営業など、マルチステークホルダーとの調整経験

・自社タレントの育成やプロデュース経験

・SNS・YouTubeなど、個人発信のトレンドに対する理解と好奇心
