- 職務内容Job description
オペレーション全体の改革に向け、ビジネス基盤変革、DXを支援し、日本企業の成長に貢献いただきます。
また、3S(SAP/Salesforce/ServiceNow)の活用も中心に、社会課題の解決や顧客の業務改革を支援します。富士通の OneERP+で培ったリファレンス(推進ノウハウ、体制構築ポイント、構想ドキュメント、テンプレートなど)でお客様変革を共に推進し、デリバリー部隊のリソースを活かし、実行支援まで伴走いただきます。
また、組織立ち上げのためコンサルティング事業自体の推進など、自組織の事業経営活動や商談発掘、提案などの機会拡大にも貢献いただきます。

■プロジェクトデリバリー
- コンサルティングプロジェクトの計画・実行を担当し、期限内に成果物を提供する。
- チームメンバーと協力し、円滑なプロジェクト進行を支援する。
- 顧客とのコミュニケーションを適切に行い、課題解決に貢献する。
■事業開発
- 既存顧客との関係維持や、サービス提案を通じてビジネス拡大に貢献する。
- 市場や顧客ニーズを理解し、提案内容を改善する。
■ナレッジマネジメント、ソートリーダーシップ
- プロジェクトで得た知見をチーム内で共有し、業務改善に活かす。
- コンサルティング手法やツールの活用を推進する。
■変革リーダーシップ
- 組織の変革に前向きに取り組み、チームの成長を支援する。
主体的にスキル向上に取り組み、チームへ展開し、チームのスキル底上げに貢献する
必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications
以下の経験必須
- コンサルティングプロジェクトの経験(業務改善やシステム導入など)
- SAP、Salesforce、ServiceNowのいずれかに関する基本的な知識やプロジェクト経験
- チームでの業務推進経験
顧客との折衝や提案経験
歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格などPreferred qualifications
- 新しい技術や知識の習得に意欲がある方
- チームワークを重視し、協力して成果を出せる方
- グローバルな視点や異文化コミュニケーションに関心がある方
- SAP、Salesforce、ServiceNow関連のコンサルタント資格を有している方
ITマネジメント(PMP、ITIL、ポートフォリオマネジメント等)の知識・経験を保有している方
