SAPプロジェクトにおけるテクノロジーコンサルタント(Function Consultant)として以下の業務を担当。

<社内/対外活動(ブランディング)>

・プロジェクトを通じて得た成果や知見を成果物としてまとめ、ナレッジ登録するとともに社内外にイベント、セミナート等を通じて積極的に情報発信する。

<顧客との関係性>

・特定のオファリングに関して深い見識、経験があり、構想企画フェーズから領域リードを担う。

・SAPの新サービスを常にキャッチアップし、自社事例/他社事例を有効に活用し、高いコミュニケーション能力を持って自らの言葉で顧客部門長とのコミュニケーションをリーディングし、Fit to Standardに向けた顧客チェンジマネジメントをリードする。また、必要によってSAP社の巻き込みを行う。

<人・組織>

・プロジェクトマネージャーとして全フェーズを通してプロジェクトを成功に導く。

・上位レベルでは、オファリングの複数プロジェクトを束ねてマンジメントを行う。

  • 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications

「SAPコンサルタント資格」を必須とし、併せて以下経験を有するものとします。

◆Manager(Lv12)の場合(以下のうち2つ以上の経験)

・SAP FI/ CO/ SD/ MM/ PP/ QM/ PM/ PS等各種機能モジュールの導入経験3件以上

・プロジェクト管理・リーダー経験(2年以上)

・SAPコンサルタントとして、企画構想・要件定義~本稼働・運用保守に関するプロジェクト経験(1年以上)

◆Senior Manager(Lv13)の場合(以下のうち2つ以上の経験)

・SAP FI/ CO/ SD/ MM/ PP/ QM/ PM/ PS等各種機能モジュールの導入経験3件以上

・プロジェクト管理・リーダー経験(2年以上)

・SAPコンサルタントとして、企画構想・要件定義~本稼働・運用保守に関するプロジェクト経験(1年以上)

◆Director(Lv14)の場合(以下全ての経験)

・SAP FI/ CO/ SD/ MM/ PP/ QM/ PM/ PS等各種機能モジュールの導入経験3件以上

・プロジェクト管理・リーダー経験(2年以上)

・SAPコンサルタントとして、企画構想・要件定義~本稼働・運用保守に関するプロジェクト経験(1年以上)
