Working Student in Event Management

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events (onsite, hybrid & digital)
• Contributing to project plans, timelines, and event schedules
• Communicating with service providers, partners, and event venues
• Maintaining participant lists as well as invitation and registration systems
• Supporting the creation of presentations, event materials, and graphic assets
• Assisting with budget monitoring and invoicing
• Taking on administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

Here Are The Qualifications We're Looking For

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, Communication Studies, or a comparable field of study
• Strong organizational skills with a passion for teamwork and communication
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of MS Office
• Openness, flexibility, and enthusiasm for diverse tasks
• Initial practical experience in event or project management is an advantage
• Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
