具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

・提案されたシステムアイデアに基づき、最適なシステム構築の計画立案、設計

・国内外を問わず、社内外のネットワークセキュリティを考慮したシステム設計の計画立案、設計

・クラウドインフラにおける効率とコストを意識したリファクタリングの計画立案、設計

【組織体制】

所属する課は、募集時点でマネージャーを含め10名です。各課員はそれぞれ独立したミッションに取り組んでいます。また、ベトナムに子会社があるため、技術開発の際にはその協力を得ることが可能です。

事業開発部とは何をしているか

事業開発部は、ソフトウェア品質・テスト技術に関連する製品、ソリューション、事業基盤の提供を担っている部署です。高品質なソフトウェア開発にイノベーションを起こすことをミッションとし、社内外のお客様に喜ばれる製品・ソリューションの「企画・開発」を通じて、社会全体での活用を最大化することをビジョンに掲げています。一歩先を見据え、未来を切り拓く原動力として革新に取り組みます。

当部門はソフトウェア品質技術に興味関心が高く、最新の技術トピックについて、どんなボールを投げても必ず何らか反応をしてくれるマネージャー陣をはじめとして、ソフトウェア開発や技術研究、など個々人の関心や方向性をベースにさまざまなことに日々チャレンジするメンバーたちが集まっています。

応募資格

  • 必須

・クラウドアーキテクチャ設計経験: AWS、Azureを用いて、ネットワークを含むWebサーバーシステムの設計・構築経験(3年以上)

・セキュリティ対策経験: Webサーバーシステムにおける基本的なセキュリティ対策を実践した経験(2年以上)

- あれば有利

・認定資格: AWSやAzureに関連する初級~中級資格(例えば、AWS Certified Cloud PractitionerやMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals)の保有

・セキュリティ診断対応経験: パブリックなクラウドサービスの展開時に、脆弱性診断などを含めたシステム全体のセキュリティ対応を行った経験

・社内外チームでの作業経験: 社内外の他のメンバーと協力してプロジェクトに取り組んだ経験

・自動化ツールの活用経験: TerraformやAnsibleなどを用いたインフラの自動化経験

・企業内情報システムの一般的な知識

待遇

  • 想定年収:600万~1051万

  • 想定月給:282,500~590,325円

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給

  • 残業手当:有

  • 試用期間:有(3ヶ月)

  • 賞与:年2回 2024年度実績:5.8ヶ月(夏季:3.0ヶ月、冬季:2.8ヶ月 夏冬合計月数)

※算定期間途中で入社の場合も初回の賞与については期間按分せず、半期分を満額支給(標準評価3zにて支給 )

- 昇給:年1回

  • その他: 選考結果によっては契約社員で内定となる可能性があります。

- 年間休日125日 ※2025年度予定

(土曜、日曜、祝日、その他:夏季休暇、年末年始休暇)

- 有給休暇:初年度:入社月に応じて4~14日付与(入社月から取得可能)

次年度:15日付与(以降、勤続1年ごとに1日増加【最大20日まで】)
