<仕事内容>
ビル・工場・倉庫などを中心とした
空調・冷凍冷蔵設備の設計・積算業務をお任せします。
具体的には…
- 基本設計(設備仕様・方式の検討)
- お客様要望を踏まえた技術提案
(省エネ・環境改善を含む改修提案) * 実施設計(計算書・設計図作成)
- 積算業務・見積書作成
- 現地調査・官庁申請対応◎担当業務はご経験に応じて決定。
OJTを通じて、段階的に対応範囲を広げていきます。
アピールポイント:
元請案件が中心。設計者として主導できる
⇒元請比率は約80%。
お客様の要望を直接聞き、
「どう設計するか」「いくらで実現するか」まで一貫して関われます。
スケールの大きい案件に携われる
⇒製菓・食品・水産・飲料工場、物流施設など
3,000万円~数億円規模の案件が中心。
設計者として確かな経験を積めます。
無理なく、長く働ける設計環境
- 完全週休2日制
- 実働7.5時間
- 残業は月20時間前後
設計職でも、働き方を大切にできる環境です。
求める人材:
【必須要件(いずれか)】
- 設備施工管理のご経験
- 空調・冷凍設備の設計経験
- 設備メンテナンスのご経験
※建設業界未経験の方も歓迎します。
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~17:30(実働7時間30分/休憩60分)
- 残業:月20時間程度
※まれに夜間対応が発生する場合がありますが、36協定は厳守しています。
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
- 年間休日125日
- GW、夏期休暇、年末年始休暇
- 有給休暇(入社時付与/以降毎年10月1日付与)

月給:240,000円~320,000円
