職務内容

  • 技術・設計システム担当のミッション

設計IT基盤(開発プロセス管理、PLM、EBOM/MBOM連携など)を構築します。

商品開発リードタイム短縮、製造システムと連携した効率設計を目標とした全事業部横断的なシステム構築プロジェクトの牽引。

技術システム企画・運営、設計CAD管理を含めた技術IT全般。

  • 担当業務と役割

ハウジングソリューションズ株式会社の情報システム企画部門の一員として業務に従事頂きます。

事業拡大に向けたビジネスプロセス強化のための、情報システムの企画・構築をお任せいたします。

開発・製造・営業部門と連携したDXプロジェクトで、システム構築を牽引頂きます。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・販売〜生産の基幹システムの構築企画(適正領域を担当)

・くらし空間事業拡大への新規事業DX企画、業務プロセス改革

・事業部門、社外ベンダーと連携したシステム構築プロジェクト推進

・データドリブン基盤構築によるSFA/マーケティング分析、効率的な生販在計画

・ガバナンス部門として、情報セキュリティ/IT内部統制の企画運営

資格・スキル・経験など

【必須要件】

■事業会社の情報システム構築・導入経験 (3年以上目安)

Sier、事業会社IT部門、ITコンサルタントなどの経験者を幅広く募集します。

■コーディング経験(言語・年数問わず)

■システム開発経験(要件定義、機能定義、設計)

【歓迎要件】

・プロジェクトマネージャー経験

・販売/製造ERPの構築経験

・データ分析知識、・AIなどを用いた解析

・販売管理または生産管理などのSCM関連知識
