職務内容

  • Coordinate project-related meetings and facilitate discussions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including attendee lists and agendas.
  • Define and support implementation of change and vendor management procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions, follow-ups, and reporting on change and vendor management.
  • Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and ensure high-quality dialogue.
  • Manage OKRs and KPIs for the division, including data collection and analysis.
  • Perform other project-related and reporting tasks as required.

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience coordinating and facilitating meetings with 10+ stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong execution ability with logical and systematic work approach.
  • Resilient and proactive in challenging situations.
  • IT-related background and knowledge for coordinating with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, macros, and data analysis.
