現場での作業と安全管理業務を通して

人の管理や配車、日程調整や工程管理など

各現場でスケジュール通りにものごとを

本社にて業務部門全体のマネジメントとして

車両管理・予算管理・人員管理等の

  • 現場での仕事内容について

=============

~お仕事の流れ~

①吸引車・洗浄車に乗って、現場に向かう

②水圧洗浄車などを用いて、

現場にて配管設備などの清掃を行う

③作業で発生した汚泥などの廃棄物を

強力な吸引機で回収

④廃棄物を工場内の集積場にて処理

⑤帰社する

  • この作業と管理業務をお願いしていきます。

作業は2~3人のチームにて行います。

業務に関しては、

入社後に丁寧に指導しますのでご安心を。

ジャンルを問わず、現場などで

人をまとめるリーダー経験があれば、

その経験を活かして働けます。

土日固定ではありませんが完全週休2日で、

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

【勤務時間】

8:00~17:00

※残業は月平均20~30時間程度

  • 案件の現場により休みは変動しますが

希望休は事前に報告を頂ければ

最大限調整をしますので、

ご家庭のイベント等は

  • 土日祝に勤務の場合は、

平日に振替休暇を取得頂きます。

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 24万5000円 〜 26万5000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜 2万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万5000円 〜 23万円

  • 昇給:年1回
  • 賞与:年3回(4・6・12月)

※4月は業績による決算賞与

  • 前年度実績:計4.0ヶ月分支給

<各種手当について>

・皆勤手当(20,000円)

・資格技能手当(30,000円~40,000円)

  • 試用期間後に付与

・住宅手当(5,000円~50,000円)

  • 賃貸(家賃40%支給)

※上限あり既婚者50,000円/未婚者30,000円

  • 持ち家(15,000円)
  • 非世帯主(5,000円)

・扶養手当(最大3万円)

  • 配偶者10,000円/子1人5,000円

・役職手当

  • 主任(10,000円)
  • 係長(30,000円)

・作業手当(1日2,000円×15日)

  • 業務手当を取得後、

社内資格認定となり支給開始。

・出張手当

(1泊以上で1日4000円/7泊以上で1日5000円)

・残業手当

(1分単位で100%支給)

想定年収:6,000,000円~7,000,000円

※上記の月給、想定年収には

残業手当、作業手当、皆勤手当、

住宅手当、扶養手当を含んでいます。

※想定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、

選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
