仕事内容
データセンター建築・電気設備・空調設備【在宅勤務可/安定稼働を支える技術者/未来を創るインフラ】
【仕事内容】
ファシリティ事業部技術担当にて、お客様データセンターにおける建築、電気設備、空調設備の各種改修工事における施主支援業務、計画・設計、または施工管理業務をご担当いただきます。安定稼働を支える重要なインフラの維持管理を多角的に支援するポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
・お客様の要望を基に、工事内容や実施時期などの計画立案と提案の実施。
・工事委託先への見積もり依頼と、内容の精査。
・ビル管理者や入居者との調整、工事に関する説明対応。
・工事の品質管理のための立会いおよび各種検査の実施。
・工事実施および検収に関する各種書類作成支援。

データセンターの改修工事では、お客様、ビル管理者、施工業者、同僚など多岐にわたる関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションが不可欠です。お客様の要望を的確に理解し、専門知識を活かして最適な提案を行い、工事を成功に導くための調整能力が求められます。

年収:600~800 万円年俸制月給500000円基本給:400000円年俸の1/12を毎月支給残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:30時間固定残業代:100000円超過分は全額支給変動手当:休日変更勤務手当 サポート手当 3500円/月記載年収はあくまで目安となり、ご経験・現年収・選考状況によって変動する可能性がございます。通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:なし昇給:あり 年1回(6月)
