Role Expectations:
Strong sales ability and communication skills are essential.
In collaboration with medical professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.)
, this position plays a leading role in:
Member acquisition
Relationship building with members
Membership enrollment and closing
Proposing lifestyle and wellness solutions
Medical knowledge will be provided through training and on-the-job learning after joining. We are primarily seeking individuals who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and consultative sales ability.
Key Responsibilities:
You will serve as a "longevity partner," supporting
THE HUNDRED members throughout their wellness journey.
Dedicated member management (one-stop service):
Each concierge supports approximately 20 members, providing highly personalized, ongoing support as their exclusive point of contact.
Sales & consultation activities:
Member acquisition, facility tours, membership closing, and service proposals.
Concierge services:
Arrangement and coordination of resort stays (future hotel developments) and events.
First point of contact for inquiries, with appropriate triage and coordination with doctors and nursing teams.
Facility operations support:
Encouraging off-peak usage for optimized occupancy, and supporting social media operations.
Future Career Path:
As the business is still in its growth phase, there are strong opportunities for:
Promotion to manager-level roles
Managerial positions at newly launched locations
In the long term, this role may evolve into a generalist position, acting as a key coordination hub supporting a physician-led operational structure.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
Business-level English AND Japanese proficiency
Strong communication skills and a high level of hospitality mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the airline industry
Customer support experience at multinational companies
Experience serving high-net-worth or VIP clients
Concierge experience at luxury hotels
Experience in PR or SNS/social media management
Sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness services
