入力作業が中心のシンプルワーク

基本的なPC操作さえできれば未経験の方でもスタートできます♪

業務内容詳細

お取引先の大手企業様の広告運用業務のサポート。

営業担当と連携しながら、ExcelやPowerPointなどを使用した

資料作成をお任せいたします

◇広告の分析に必要なデータのレポート作成

◇営業がお客様にお見せする

資料の一部作成(データ集計作業、グラフ作成等)

レポート作成などは以下の流れが基本です◎

①広告の動きを計測している

当社のシステムからデータを出力

②決まったフォーマットに落とし込み

③数字に間違いがないか目視確認

<配属チームについて>

チームは営業3~4名、

アシスタント1~2名で構成されています。

はじめのうちはアシスタントの先輩がいる

チームに配属しますので、ご安心ください

※研修期間:1~3カ月程度

資料の作成が業務のメインですが、

1日中黙々とパソコンに向き合っているわけではなく、

仕事の合間に雑談をしたり、

コミュ二ケーションを取りながら

和気あいあいと仕事を進められる職場です◎

分からないことも聞きやすい環境なので

遠慮せずに営業事務の先輩や、

営業さんにどんどんに質問してくださいね。

<入社後の流れ>

初めは広告のサイトのURLが記載されている

リストから一つひとつのサイトにとび、

必要な情報が表記されているかを目視確認するなど、

簡単な業務からスタート

1カ月単位で業務の流れが概ね決まっているので、

すぐに覚えられますよ。

9:30 朝の巡回

10:00 メールや共有事項チェック

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 営業サポート業務

15:00 書類作成業務

18:30 退勤

9:30~18:30(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)
