データ入力・管理: 顧客情報や業務データをパソコンに入力し、正確に管理していただきます。英語でのデータ入力も含まれます。
書類作成・翻訳: 各種書類(報告書、契約書、メールなど)を作成し、必要に応じて日本語から英語、または英語から日本語への翻訳を行っていただきます。
電話・メール対応: 海外の顧客や取引先からの電話やメールに対応し、必要な情報を提供していただきます。英語でのコミュニケーションが求められます。
会議の調整・サポート: 海外の関係者との会議の日程調整や会場の手配を行い、会議資料の準備や議事録の作成をサポートしていただきます。
顧客対応: 顧客からの問い合わせや要望に対応し、迅速かつ丁寧に対応していただきます。英語での対応が必要です。
社内調整: 英語を使用する社内の関係者との連絡・調整を行い、スムーズな業務運営をサポートしていただきます。
その他の事務作業: ファイリング、コピー、郵便物の管理など、一般的な事務作業も担当していただきます。
