■Key Responsibilities
・Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in accordance with IFRS/JGAAP.
・Review financial reports to ensure there are no findings from internal and external audits.
・Manage compliance with J-SOX requirements related to financial reporting.
・Prepare and provide financial analysis and insights to the management team.
・Collaborate with FP&A to conduct financial reporting, including P&L and BS variance analysis.
・Oversee overall BS reconciliation responsibilities.
・Act as the point of contact for audits and negotiate with external auditors.
・Implement new business models and new accounting standards.
■Requirements
・JCPA, USCPA, or UKCA qualification.
・Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and accounting.
・Experience in ERP system operation.
・Strong knowledge and practical experience in financial accounting (IFRS) and financial analysis.
・Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
・Fluent Japanese and advanced level in English.
