実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

【勤務時間】

9:30~22:00の時間帯から、

早番・遅番をシフト制で決めています。

閉店時間が22時なので、毎日帰宅が

0時を回る……なんてことはありません。

無理なく、長く働き続けられる環境です。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制:シフト制

月8日休み

SKYCorporationでは10年前から

完全週休2日制を導入しています。

仕事に集中してパフォーマンスを

上げるために、お休みもシッカリ

取っていただきます。

<誕生日には誕生日休暇あり>

本人またはご家族の誕生日は、土日を

含めて休んでいただけます。

家族との時間も大切にできます。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり10万円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
