【職務概要】

サイバー攻撃が多様化/巧妙化する中で、お客様が安心して事業を継続できる環境の実現に向け、パートナーが提供する同社製品/サービスを用いたセキュリティサービスにおける様々な支援を実施します。

特に、サイバーセキュリティの経験/知見を持った専門家として、同社エンタープライズ向け次世代サイバーセキュリティプラットフォーム【Trend Vision One】を最大限に活用する提案/支援を通じてパートナーのビジネス目標達成を支援します。

・パートナーとの関係構築/維持:定期的なコミュニケーションやビジネスレビューミーティングを通じて信頼関係を構築

・課題/ニーズの把握:パートナーのビジネス上の課題やニーズを特定し、適切な提案を実施

・アカウントプランの策定:パートナーのビジネス目標に基づいた年間アクションプランの提案と合意

・製品導入/活用最大化の支援:同社サイバーセキュリティプラットフォーム【Trend Vision One】の導入と最適な運用、および利用の最大化を支援

・課題解決の実施:パートナーが取り扱う同社製品/サービス上の課題や、パートナーのビジネス上の課題解決を支援

・トレーニングの提供:パートナーの技術的成熟度を向上させるためのトレーニングを計画し実施

・アップセル/クロスセルの推進:パートナー顧客の利用状況を分析し、より高機能な設定や関連サービスを利用いただくためのプランを策定し推進

【求める人材】

【必須】

・テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/カスタマーサクセスマネージャーなど顧客折衝経験3年以上

・セキュリティ/クラウド/SaaSいずれかの領域に従事したことのある経験3年以上

【尚可】

・最新のサイバーセキュリティに関する運用/設計の知見や経験

・CISSP/CISM/CEH/情報処理安全確保支援士などの関連資格

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・中級レベルの英語

【給与】

年収:600万~900万程度

月給制:月額416666円

給与:■ご経験、スキルを考慮して決定いたします

賞与:年4回(四半期ごと)

昇給:年1回
