◤お仕事内容◢

戸建住宅やマンション、商業施設などの内外装に、タイルを張る仕事です。

壁や床にタイルを一枚ずつ丁寧に張り、空間を美しく・機能的に仕上げていきます。

▼具体的には・・・

施工図をもとにタイルの割り付けを行い、下地処理・接着剤の塗布・タイル張り・目地詰めなどの作業を行います。

現場は新築・リフォーム/内装(キッチン、浴室、床など)や外装(外壁、玄関まわりなど)と幅広く対応しています。

◤タイル職人について◢

タイルは「焼き物」であり、色・そり・寸法・使う場所の「違い」を見極めることも大切。

適切な下地・タイルの組み合わせ・接着剤の塗り方や張り方一つで綺麗で長持ちする仕上がりになります

つまり、職人の「腕・技」が重要で、AIや機械化が難しい職種です。

弊社の職人さんは、身体一つで仕事が続けられる『手に職が付く』お仕事です

◤タイルについて◢

●用途

タイルは、コンビニ・スーパーの床・マンションのエントランスなどに使用されており、耐久性に優れた素材です。

また、水に強いタイルは、病院・介護施設などの浴室・レストランの厨房などに無くてはならないモノです。

●特徴

長期間に渡って「美しさ」を保つタイルは「地球に優しい建材」です。

勤務時間・曜日:

●勤務時間:8:00~17:30(休憩120分/実働7時間30分)

●昼休憩のほかに、10時と15時に休憩時間を設けています

●年間休日:110日 週休2日制、祝日100日+有給休暇10日

休暇・休日:

●週休2日制(毎週日曜日+土曜日(指定日))※会社カレンダーによる

●祝日

●夏季休暇(連続4日)

●年末年始休暇(連続5日)

勤務地:

●現場は滋賀県全域と京都市が中心。

※たまに他府県もありますが、自宅からの距離を考慮いたします。

アクセス:

●滋賀県内(湖東や湖西)・京都市内の現場への直行直帰が基本

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000(42時間相当分)を含む。42時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

●月給:250,000円~450,000円

●想定年収:350万~550万

●昇給あり(年1回)

●賞与あり(年2回)※前年度実績:2~3ヶ月分

(工事の都合上、休日出勤がある場合は振替休日または休日出勤手当を支給)
