仕事内容:

①管理組合との打ち合わせ・説明会への出席、工事施工計画の立案

②準備工・仮設物の設置、協力会社のメンバー構成

③施工品質および安全管理、資材発注を含む全工程の管理

④ITツール(ANDPAD)を活用した効率的な業務推進

⑤竣工図書等の作成、竣工検査の立ち会い、是正および引渡し

⑥工事後の定期点検やメンテナンス等のアフターフォロー

マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事における現場施工管理業務全般を担当していただきます。当社は千葉県船橋市を基盤に、看板鉄部等の塗装工事業から始まり、創業80年の歴史を持つ総合改修工事業です。

歴史と伝統をふまえた創業精神を守りつつ、時代の変化に合わせた「マンション総合リニューアル」を主軸として展開。取り扱う物件は100世帯以上、金額7千万円以上の大規模案件がメインで、数億円規模の場合は複数名の施工管理者で対応します。現場は東京都・千葉県・神奈川県・埼玉県が中心で、自宅からの直行直帰も可能です。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
