3Pコンプライアンスマネージャーは、変化するビジネスに対応するために、新規ルールの策定、3Pアカウントとの契約内容の定期的な見直し、適切なモニタリングを行うチームをリードします。また、社内のリーガル、コンプライアンス、セーフティチームなどの部署と連携し、行政の指針に沿ったルールを契約へと反映させ、実効性の評価を行います。これらを通して、Amazonの倉庫のトラックヤードと拠点間輸送の現場で働く方々が、安全かつ安心して業務が行える環境を提供します。

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
