Tokyo Amazon Full time
Amazon Now is seeking a Program Manager for Long-Term Planning to architect the future of our ultra-fast delivery network. Unlike traditional logistics, Quick Commerce requires a complex interplay between hyper-local density and rapid-fire execution.

In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap for our network, determining launch planning, how our Under-the-Roof (UTR) and On-the-Road (OTR) operations must evolve, how to optimize channel strategies to balance speed with cost-efficiency.

You will be the bridge between high-level business strategy and operational reality.

Key job responsibilities

  • Capacity &

Resource Planning Strategy:
Lead long-term labor and throughput planning ensuring the network can handle growth.

  • Channel &

Delivery Strategy:

Develop and refine channel distribution strategies between dedicated fleets and 3P partners to ensure "On-the-Road" (OTR) scalability during peak surges.

  • Strategic Feature Roadmap: Partner with Tech and Product teams to define the requirements for next generation planning tools, such as automated routing systems and AI driven inventory placement.

  • Own the "Cost to

  • Serve" roadmap.
Identify long-term structural improvements that drive down the cost per shipment through better topology and density.
