仕事内容:

ガラス管をガスバーナーで曲げたり、溶接したり、膨らませたりします。

また、バーナー加工したガラスを0.1㎜単位でスリ研磨し、精密に切断します。

完成までの時間は製品ごとに異なりますが、早いものでは10分、時間がかかるものでは1日を要します。

分析計測から医療、生命科学、エレクトロニクス、工芸、装飾・インテリアまで、

幅広く使用されております。

中でも、分析・計測機器メーカー様とのお取引がメインとなり、

これらの製品は「人の健康」や「安心・安全な社会」を実現するための

重要な検査に活用されています。

一人一台iPadが支給され、最新のデジタルツールを活用して業務管理を行います。

業務管理やその他の作業を手作業でアナログ管理する場合、

膨大な時間が発生しますが、デジタルツールを最大限活用することで、

本来の業務である製品づくりに集中することができます。

★0.1mm単位を追及する世界

我々が手がける製品は、0.1mm単位の精度が求められます。

入社当初は見本を見せられても、自分には到底できないと思い、

不安でいっぱいでした。

しかし、何度も繰り返すうちに自分なりの感覚を掴み、

日々の成長を実感できる仕事です。

また、全自動の機械を使用したルーティン化された流れ作業ではないので、

毎回新たな発見があるのが面白いですね(※社員コメント)

ガラス加工は、経験を重ねて初めて可能になる技術です。息の吹き込み具合や正確性、そして個人の感覚を極めることが求められます。バーナーを使う作業では、火事ややけど、ガラスの欠けによるケガのリスクがあり、安全対策をしっかり行うことが重要です。また、角が欠けたりすることもあり、厳しい検査基準書に基づいて検品を行い、出品する前にはルーペを使って細部まで確認します。(※社員コメント)

評価は11段階で決まり、評価に応じて昇給額および賞与額が決まります。

評価の基準は次の通りです:

1.どれだけ多くの製品を作ることができたか

2.どれだけ難しい製品を作れるようになったか

3.どれだけ検査で貢献したか

4.どれだけ新しい仕事や新しいやり方にチャレンジしたか

5.安心して過ごすことのできる環境づくりができたか

半期の利益額の半分が賞与の原資となるため、

会社の利益が増えるほど賞与額も上がります。

また、業績によって賃金体系のベースアップも実施します。
