Your Opportunity:
Join CSL's Finance team in Tokyo as a Senior Analyst, Accounting Transactions.
In this key role, you will support global accounting operations with a focus on cash management, tax support, intercompany transactions, and asset processes.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment within a global pharmaceutical company.Your Role:
As a Senior Analyst, you will:
Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations in SAP.
Support local tax filings and prepare related documentation.
Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting.
Oversee AP/AR processes, including vendor and customer data management.
Contribute to month-end closings and financial reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements.
Your experience:
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a global or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Effective communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
Experience working cross-functionally with Finance Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs).
Experience collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and business partners.
