In your new role you will: 代理店とのパートナーマネージメント

  • 代理店戦略の策定とコア代理店の選出
  • ビジネスターゲット(KPI)の設定
  • モニター (各種レポートやミーティングを使用して状況の詳細をモニター)
  • ビジネスレビューミーティングの(Monthly, Quarterly,Yearly)のファシリテートと課題抽出。(PDCA)
  • 上記ターゲットの結果に基づいてAwardを授与する。(イベントも企画)
  • 定期的なTop Managementミーティングの実施
  • 代理店戦略に基づいた組織改革の提案
  • 最適な顧客のアサインメント
    • 代理店のPre-/Post-Salesの能力強化 (全てのカスタマークラスの顧客で)
  • 上述KPI状況やレポートによる課題抽出と、問題点の早期解決。
  • 海外フランチャイズとの連携強化インフィニオンの最新戦略・方針・施策の迅速な伝達と導入。
    • 代理店のデジタル活動強化
  • ビジネスターゲットの設定とモニター。(Monthly。社内デジタル推進チームと連携。)
  • マスマーケット顧客層の開拓と顧客数増加。
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • 半導体代理店とのビジネス経験 (代理店の部長クラスとの関係構築経験必須。経営層との関係もあると望ましい)
  • 半導体代理店の現場からトップマネージメントまでコミュニケーションすることになるため、各レベルに応じたコミュニケーションの経験
  • 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT N1)
    Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill, JLTPN1(Required)
    英語語学力(TOEIC750以上) / Business English skill
    (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference)
  • チームワーカー / Team Working
  • PC スキル(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Bachelor/ Master's degree
    学士、修士
  • 日本語の職務経歴書で応募してください
