お任せしたい業務内容

『SalesNow』の中核を支えるバックエンド開発を担当いただきます。

※経験や志向に応じて調整します。

・Python(FastAPI)・TypeScript を用いた生成AI・データ活用機能のバックエンド開発

・LLMを活用した新機能の設計・PoC・本番実装

・PdMと連携した仮説立案 → 実装 → ユーザー検証 → 改善 の高速なプロダクト開発

・既存API・データ構造の改善・リファクタリング

・大量データを扱う機能のパフォーマンス改善

技術スタック

スクラム開発をベースとしたアジャイル開発を行っています。

SalesNowでは、生成AIを単なる開発スピード向上のための道具ではなく、

開発プロセスそのものを再設計する前提技術として位置づけています。

私たちが重視しているのは「速く書くこと」ではなく、

エンジニアが本来集中すべき 設計・判断・品質責任 にエネルギーを使える状態をつくることです。

そのため、実装の初稿生成や定型的なレビューは積極的にAIへ委ね、エンジニアは以下に集中します。

開発現場では、以下のツールを公式に導入しています。

・Cursor / Claude Code:実装の初稿生成、リファクタリング支援

PR作成後は、まずAIが構文・観点レベルのチェックを実施し、

エンジニアは設計妥当性・データ前提・影響範囲といった本質的なレビューに集中します。
