【業務内容】

ITエンジニアや製造業人材の採用支援を軸に、企業の採用戦略構築から実行支援までをご担当いただきます。

・人材マネジメントポリシーの策定

企業のミッションやビジョンに基づいた人材戦略を明文化

・採用計画の策定とチャネル選定

中長期の採用目標に基づく年間採用計画の立案
最適な採用チャネル(求人媒体や人材紹介会社等)の選出

・人事制度・評価制度の設計支援

新卒・中途採用における制度構築
評価・報酬体系の整備支援

※採用実務そのものを代行するのではなく、採用の「仕組み化」を支援する戦略的立場であり、企業の人事・経営戦略に深く関与します。

・クライアント業種はIT業界、製造業界です

・クライアント規模は売上3億~50億規模の中堅・中小企業です

・担当件数は3~4件を同時進行します(地域担当制ではなく、全国を対象)

・担当案件の期間は1ヶ月(スポット型)~1年以上(顧問契約型)です

・部門構成は20名です

・残業時間は月平均40時間です

・昇給:年1~2回(役職による)

・賞与:年2回

・所定労働時間は7時間30分です

・時差出勤:事前申請により8時~16時半/8時半~17時/9時~17時半より選択可能

・月2回、全社で「ノー残業デー」あり
