仕事内容:
生成AIを活用したプロダクト・サービス開発を行う事業において、
技術面の中核を担うリードエンジニアとして参画いただきます。
単なる実装担当ではなく、
技術選定・設計方針策定・開発推進をリードするポジションです。
具体的な業務内容
- 生成AI関連プロダクトの技術設計・アーキテクチャ検討
- LLM/生成AIを活用した機能設計・実装方針策定
- 開発チームの技術的リード・レビュー
- API設計、外部サービス連携設計
- プロダクト改善・技術的課題の解決
- 新技術・新手法の検証および導入検討
求める人材:
必須要件
- Webアプリケーションまたは業務システムの開発経験
- 設計・技術選定・レビューなどのリード経験
- チーム開発における技術的意思決定の経験
歓迎要件
- 生成AI/LLM(ChatGPT、Azure OpenAI 等)の活用経験
- Python/TypeScript/Java 等での開発経験
- API設計、マイクロサービス設計経験
- クラウド(AWS/Azure/GCP)での開発経験
- AIエージェント、業務自動化、DX案件の経験
