製品関連の保守サービスおよび付加価値サービスを通じて、効果的なサービス提供を担う。
サービスビジネスにおける顧客とのライフサイクル関係は、顧客経済性に焦点を当て、製品・ソリューション・サービスに対する顧客満足を確保することを目的とする。
これには、リクエスト対応やクレーム処理、顧客サポート活動・ガイダンス・コンサルティングの提供、他部門との連携による製品・サービス関連の課題解決、新たなサービス提案の開発が含まれる。
また、ハイエンドシステムにおける引き渡しトレーニングや継続教育を含む高品質なアプリケーション教育・サポートを通じて、顧客満足度と生産性の向上を図り、最適なトレーニング体験を提供する。
Areas of Responsibility:
- 顧客がアプリケーションを最適に活用できるよう支援・教育を行う。
- アプリケーションモダリティマネージャー(Master Clinical Education Specialist)に直接報告。
- 担当ビジネスユニットにおけるアプリケーション教育・サポートを実施(顧客および社内向け)。
- ハイエンド装置、専門的アプリケーション、VIP顧客、ホットサイト、リファレンス/テスト/開発サイト、協業先などを担当。
- プリセールス、導入時、アフターセールスにおけるアプリケーションサービス(トレーニング・サポート)の提供。
Business Specifications:
- 顧客が(ソフトウェア)アプリケーションやソリューションを最大限活用できるよう支援。
- 顧客のニーズに応じた包括的なトレーニングを提供。
- 顧客の要望に合わせてソフトウェアアプリケーションを設定。
- 顧客とアプリケーション提供者の間のインターフェースとして機能し、課題解決や機能改善を推進。
- VIP顧客やハイエンド装置に対して、引き渡しトレーニング、フォローアップ、アップデートのオンサイトトレーニングを実施
- 顧客に最適なワークフローを構築し、新しいワークフローを提案
- 専門的なアプリケーションサポートを迅速に提供し、複雑な課題やエスカレーション、苦情対応を解決。画質問題も専門サポートで対応
- PSEと連携し、市場や顧客ニーズを把握し、製品上の課題を抽出
- デモやリファレンスサイトに関する営業支援
- オプションやCDVのアプリケーションをオンサイトでサポート
Required skill&experienece:
【必須要項】
・診療放射線技師経験
・5年以上のMRI操作経験を有し、そのうち2年以上のSiemens Healthineers製のMRIの使用経験があること
【尚可要件】
・磁気共鳴専門技術者
