【職務内容】
ご希望や適正にあわせて、要件定義~運用保守まで様々な工程をお任せします。
多くの案件があるため、開発言語もさまざま。
モダンな開発を経験することが特徴です。
例:Java、Python、JavaScript、TypeScript、.net、Goなど
また、同社は元請け案件が8割以上であり、エンジニアのスキルアップとして重要な上流工程~下流工程の経験を一貫して積むことが可能です。
プロジェクト先へ配属した後は、基本的には5~10名のチーム体制でプロジェクトを進行。
エンジニア一人ひとりの声をしっかりとキャリアへ反映するため、週に1回のペースで営業・上司がプロジェクト先に訪問、面談を行っています。
キャリアに関することだけでなく、不安なことや困っていることなど気軽に相談できる環境があるので、ご安心ください。

【求める人材】
・エンジニアとして実務経験が1年程度ある方
【歓迎】
・マネジメント経験がある方
(プログラム経験、PL、PM、PdM経験、システム運用保守経験、マネジメント経験のいずれか、もしくは複数のご経験値がある方)
【給与】
年収600~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
【勤務地】
東京都プロジェクトにより異なりますが、東京23区が中心になります。
【勤務時間】
09:00~18:00
