仕事内容


日本語・スペイン語を中心に、英語などの言語を使用してお客様対応を行う多言語コールセンターのお仕事です。

お問い合わせ対応や通訳サポートを通じて、コミュニケーションを支えていただきます。週3日から勤務可能です。

【主なお仕事内容】

・電話やチャットでのお問い合わせ対応

・日本語とスペイン語(および英語など)を使用した通訳サポート

・専用システムへの簡単なデータ入力

・付随するバックオフィス業務

マニュアルや研修制度が整っているため、通訳業務が初めての方でも安心してスタートできます。

語学力を活かして働きたい方におすすめのお仕事です。
