仕事内容:
当社の代表としてお客様と深く向き合い、強固な信頼関係の構築からプロジェクトの完遂までを主導していただきます。単なる販売にとどまらず、技術的な知見を活かした提案や進行管理を担う、責任のあるポジションです。
信頼関係の構築・提案: 既存・新規顧客へのソリューション提案、商談、アフターフォロー
案件の進行管理: 受注から納品までの工程・納期調整、顧客要望の技術部門へのフィードバック
営業戦略の立案・実行: 担当エリアや製品群におけるターゲット選定、アプローチ手法の策定と実践
市場情報の収集: 最新の業界動向や顧客ニーズの分析を行い、製品開発やサービス改善へ繋げる業務
営業訪問: 全国の顧客先への訪問(日帰り、または月2回程度の宿泊を伴う出張あり)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥66,550(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
