部署・サービスについて

日本最大級のトラフィックを誇るECサイトである楽天市場のトップページ、検索、買い物かごなどの各機能のUI/UXの改善を行っている部署です。

本ポジションでは楽天市場もしくはその関連サービスにおいて、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、UIデザイナーなどとともにUI/UXの観点からプロジェクトに参画していただくディレクターを募集しています。ログ解析やユーザインタビューなどから課題を洗い出し、それらを解決するための機能やコンテンツを企画し、IA(Information Architecture)設計からUIデザイン、開発や改善のディレクションを行います。

業務内容

主に以下の業務を行います。

UIデザイナー、UXリサーチャー、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニアは別にいます。

・ビジネス要件の理解

・要件定義、制作ディレクション、検品

・競合調査やUIトレンド分析

・ユーザーリサーチ(定量/定性)

・ユーザビリティテスト

・ABテストプラニング

・機能改善プロジェクトのUI/UXデザイン

・ワイヤーフレーム作成

・リリース後の効果測定

必須要件:

WEBサイトのUI/UXデザインの実務経験1年以上

歓迎要件:

・UIデザイン経験

・Adobe Photoshop、XDまたはFigma等プロトタイプ作成ツールの利用経験

・定性定量のユーザーリサーチに関する経験

・データ分析、KPI策定・効果検証の経験

・スマートデバイスのサイト、アプリ立上げ、改善の経験

・ロジカルシンキングとデザインシンキングの知識、業務における適用経験

・目標を可視化(数値化)し、達成に向けた遂行、PDCAの経験

・様々なステークホルダーとの折衝を通じて企画・実行プランを提案した経験

・会議のファシリテーション経験

・プロジェクト管理の経験

・プロダクトマネージメント経験

・チームマネジメント経験

TOEIC 800点以上(もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること)
