【お任せする仕事内容】

・ガバナンスの整備・推進:当社の取締役会構成メンバー助言や実効性の評価、グループ全体の決裁・規程管理。

・経営者意思決定サポート:取締役会や経営会議などの重要会議体の事務局。

・株主総会の運営:法令遵守した株主総会の運営、会社提案が全て可決されるように事前準備を行うこと、さらに株主との対話の場として満足度をあげる運営を行うこと。

・個人投資家施策:個人投資家向けイベント(リアル+オンライン)や株主優待制度の運営。

企業法務、コーポレートガバナンス、重要会議体運営、いずれかのご経験のある方

【尚可要件】

・株主総会の業務経験

・法律を体系立てて学んだ経験
