人事部門の業務全般に関わり、人的資本経営の観点から社内全体の人財の活躍をサポートするお仕事です。

<業務詳細>

・新卒および中途採用について、各部門の意向に基づいたポジションやスキルの人財を確保するための活動

・階層別研修やキャリア研修等、人事部門が管轄する研修の企画、講師選定、当日の運営等

・人的資本経営の観点から、評価などの制度設計の見直し、改廃の検討

・その他、人事部門に関わる業務全般
