仕事内容:

■募集背景

「日本を代表する企業」を目指し成長を続ける同社では、更なる成長を加速させるため、戦略的なIR活動を強化しています。今後更に同社の魅力を適切に市場に伝え、事業成長を加速させるべく、この重要なミッションを共に推進して頂けるIR担当者を募集します。

■仕事内容

IR組織は、アナリスト・投資家への適切な情報発信を行い、株式市場からの適切な評価に繋げ、社外からの意見を適切に経営陣にフィードバックする役割を担っています。

今回ご入社いただく方には以下のような業務を徐々にお任せし、IRとしての専門スキルを高めていただきます。

■IR業務 ※一四半期で80~100件程度の投資家対応が発生します

・機関投資家取材対応

・投資家向け資料(決算説明資料、その他適時開示等)の作成

・決算関連・市場データの分析

・決算説明会・会社説明会の企画・運営・資料作成

・投資家からの質問や要望への対応

・サステナビリティレポート等ESG情報開示対応

具体的には、まずは決算説明資料作成をお任せしつつ、投資家との面談調整、面談議事録作成や

サステナビリティレポートの作成などを徐々にお任せしていく想定です。

・事業会社でのIR業務経験:1年以上(投資家とのコミュニケーション、情報開示などのご経験)

・英語力:英文資料の作成・チェックが可能なレベル

・市場知識:資本市場、株式市場の仕組みや動向に関する理解
