Key Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to asset allocation and portfolio management activities across various asset classes.
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate and monitor both domestic and international assets. Utilize programming and data analysis skills to improve operational efficiency and investment accuracy.
- Assist in developing tools or models that support investment decision-making and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while maintaining high operational accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including exposure to asset management or investment-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in outsourced or passive investment management is welcomed.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (required for communication and documentation).
