2025年7月開業したクリニックでの

立ち上げポジション募集

嬉しい土日休みの仕事になります。

残業もほぼ発生しない想定です。

在宅医療を行うクリニックにて、

介護事業所・訪問看護ステーション・

居宅介護支援事業所など近隣施設への

定期訪問を中心に行うお仕事になります。

先生の診療業務が増え、

すべての関係先へ直接ご挨拶やフォローに

お伺いすることが難しくなってきたため、

地域との信頼関係をつなぎ、

支える役割を担っていただく募集です。

訪問はアポなしのご挨拶が中心で、

中野区・杉並区・練馬区を中心に

施設を社用車で回っていただきます。

売上や契約といった業績ノルマはなく、

訪問の目安はありますが無理な内容は課しません。

ある程度はゆとりを持ちつつ業務に臨んで

いただけるようにしていきたいと思っています。

また、訪問時、医療的な判断が必要な場合は、

すぐに先生へ連絡できる体制が整っているため、

一人で抱え込む必要も一切ありません。

上記のようなケースはすべて先生が対応します。

現在、訪問可能な施設は200~300件ほど。

2025年7月に開業したばかりですが、

地域からの信頼も厚く、

患者さんは着実に増えています。

その一方で、

「本来ならもっと早く支えられたかもしれない患者さん」

がいることも事実です。

この仕事は派手さはありませんが、

先生と施設を繋ぎ、

患者さんの"よくなる可能性"を守る、

シンプルでもとても大切な役割。

医療業界が好き、人と話すことが好き、

でも今は少し業務に追われすぎている――

そんな方にこそ、ぜひ担っていただきたい仕事です。

  • MR職や社会福祉士、生活相談員、

看護師など資格や経験を持っている方

  • 診療科目問わず医院や

クリニックでの勤務経験がある方

  • 人と会話することが好きな方
  • スキルアップをしたい方
  • 「ゆとり」と「やりがい」を両立したい方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

【勤務時間】

平日/9:00~18:00

※実働8h/休憩1h

※残業は発生しないよう努めています。

休日休暇


完全週休二日制(土曜+日曜)

他、夏季休暇、年末年始、祝日代替休暇など

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし
