仕事内容:

当該年度の4月1日現在または、その年度の途中で雇用する場合は
その雇用する時点において満60歳以上の者
[非常勤職員の範囲]
1日6時間未満又は月20日未満勤務の者を対象
[高齢者等が行う業務の内容の例示]
利用子ども等との話し相手、相談相手、身の回りの世話(爪切り、
洗面等)、通院、買い物、散歩の付き添い、クラブ活動の指導
給食のあとかたづけ、喫食の介助、洗濯、清掃等の業務
その他高齢者等に適した業務
※当法人では「洗濯、清掃等の業務」を主な業務としてお願いし雇
用いたします。
幼稚園での雇用。週1日は幼稚園で業務。週2日は宗教法人のお
寺での業務です。在籍出向契約による募集です。お寺は幼稚園と
隣接しています。
・主な業務は清掃や洗濯。子ども達の話し相手や相談などを可能な
範囲でお願いをする場合はあります。出来る範囲で構いません。
・墓地境内の清掃,ゴミ出し,古い塔婆の回収,本堂掃除,ガラス
拭き、他。
求める人材:
保育教諭の業務がたくさんあって負担感が大きい為、
掃除などをお手伝いしていただける方を募集しています。
今までにお願いしていた掃除等の内容としては、
砂場の清掃・掘り返し、蜘蛛の巣取り、網戸掃除、
落ち葉掃除、門の側溝の清掃、草むしり、マット洗い、
トイレ清掃、窓拭き、配布物を折る分ける、等です。
男性と女性でお願いする内容が異なることもあります(要相談)。
勤務時間・曜日:
07時 00分 〜 12時 00分 の間の 4時間程度
又は時間で1日3〜4時間の相談
上記はあくまで目安としてお考え下さい(要相談)
休暇・休日:
週休二日制
園カレンダーあり
春、夏、冬休み有り
週の労働日数に対した休日。基本は土,日,祝日はお休みですが、
お盆やお彼岸期間中に掃除等をお願い場合もあります(応相談)。
