mybest is one of Japan's largest product comparison platforms. Since 2017, we've expanded across eight markets. We are hiring a business builder with a focus on Thailand to accelerate growth.
Role overview
Own strategy and execution for mybest's Thailand business. Analyze the market, design the plan, execute fast, and scale impact across revenue and operations in a high-autonomy environment.
What you'll do
End-to-end project management: design and implement new strategies from research on local needs
Operation optimization:
develop workflows and reporting systems; improve processes to boost productivity and cost optimization
Client management:
monitor key KPIs, such as revenue and CVR, and develop measures for improvements
Marketing and branding:
drive brand growth and maximize user engagement

Team
You'll join the Overseas Business Division, Thailand Team. The division includes members with diverse international backgrounds and runs regular company-wide meetups and events.
Must-have
Professional working proficiency in Thai for content and partner communication
Demonstrated knowledge of Thailand's market dynamics and user behavior
Business-level Japanese (e.g., JLPT N2 or equivalent)
Practical PC skills; we use Google Workspace, Slack, and Chatwork
Nice-to-have
2+ years in business development or sales
Experience structuring problems and leading improvements for clients or in-house
Background in media, digital marketing, or agencies
Basic knowledge of web marketing and social media operations
