職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 本チームのクライアントであるCFO、及びファイナンス機能は企業の持続的な価値創造を支える「経営参謀」であり、近年、経営環境が加速度的に変化する中で、CFOやファイナンス機能に対する期待は高まり、様々な課題への取り組みが求められています。

ファイナンス機能(経理財務機能)だけを改革するのではなく、ファイナンスに関する専門性を用いた経営変革・企業価値向上を行うことが使命であり、ファイナンスを切り口に様々なコンサルティングサービスにチャレンジされたい方のご応募をお待ちしております。

【担当業務】

CFOの「Trusted Advisor」として、PwCグローバルの経営管理・経理財務領域の知見・経験と最新のテクノロジーを駆使し、企業価値向上に向けたコンサルティングやデジタル時代におけるグローバル経営管理・ファイナンス機能のあるべき姿の構想策定から制度設計・構築、業務プロセス改革、情報システムの再構築、定着化までを一貫して行います。

◆組織・機能配置の最適化

グローバル企業のファイナンス機能は、数千名規模の複雑な組織を有します。法人体系、業務の性質、人材ポートフォリオなどを踏まえた最適な機能配置の設計を行い、シェアードサービス・アウトソーシングを含む組織の設計・構築をご支援します。

◆次世代ファイナンス人材育成

ファイナンスに求められる役割やスキルが大きく変革する中で、人材の変革に早期に取り組むことが重要です。将来を見据えた役割・人材像、スキルや育成手法の整備、意識改革を含む変革管理など、ファイナンス人材の高度化をご支援します。

コンサルティング経験者や監査法人のアドバイザリ経験者を中心に、事業会社やSIer出身者でキャリアチェンジをされた方も活躍しています。

登録資格 Qualification

■望ましいスキル:

・経営管理・会計領域における最新テクノロジー(AI、ブロックチェーン、RPA等)に係る知見・コンサルティング経験

・Cloud EPMシステム(Anaplan、SAP BPC、Oracle PBCS等)に係る知見・システム導入経験

・ERPシステム(SAP、Oracle等)に係る知見・システム導入経験

・経営管理・会計業務プロセス(FP&A、Tax Planning、移転価格、原価企画・管理、決算等)に係る知見やコンサルティング経験

・経営管理・会計に関連する業務プロセス、またはバリューチェーン全体(SCM:調達/製造/営業・販売、S&OP等)に係る知見やコンサルティング経験

・外資系企業におけるファイナンスコントローラーとしての実務経験

・公認会計士、USCPA、税理士(国際税務)等の資格

▼シニアアソシエイト:以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 (4年以上)

・コンサルティング会社における財務経理業務改革、グループ経営管理制度構築等のコンサルティング経験

・コンサルティング会社及びSierにおける会計システム導入経験

・事業会社の財務経理部門や経営企画部門、事業部門における財務経理・グループ経営管理に係る実務経験、社内業務改革プロジェクト経験

▼マネジャー以上:下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 (5年以上)

・コンサルティング会社における財務経理業務改革、グループ経営管理制度構築等のプロジェクトでのチームリーダー、プロジェクトマネージャー経験
