仕事内容:

バックオフィス業務をお願いします

まずは備品管理や書類整理などからスタートし

慣れてきたら契約書の確認や社内イベントの運営補助などにもチャレンジ。

幅広い経験を通じて、オフィス運営の基盤を学べます。

【1日のイメージ】

・社内備品の在庫チェック

・備品の発注および受け取り対応

・請求書や書類の整理、ファイリング

・データ入力(決まったフォーマットへの入力)

・社内からの簡単な問い合わせ対応

・郵便物の仕分けや配布
