職務内容
- 1〜3件の臨床試験の計画立案〜クロージングまでの全体管理
- 多職種で構成されるスタディチームのリードおよび進捗管理
- 予算策定・支出管理・タイムライン管理およびリスクマネジメント
- CRO・検査機関など外部ベンダーの選定・評価・日常管理
- プロトコル、ICF、スタディプラン、eCRF関連資料の作成・レビュー
- 治験薬・医療機器の管理
- モニタリング状況・逸脱対応などのスポンサーオーバーサイト
- 社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション窓口
- 契約書類・SOWレビューおよび請求内容の確認支援
- CTMスタッフのピープルマネジメント(採用・育成・評価など)
