Q. どんな現場で働くの?

A. 栃木県内の工事現場や建築現場、イベント会場が主な勤務地です。直行直帰可能で通勤が楽々です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. カラーコーンやバリケード周辺での立哨、歩行者や車両の安全誘導が中心の作業です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 経験豊富な講師による研修があるため安心です。リーダーから現場説明も受けられます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 10代から70代まで幅広い年代が活躍中。学生、フリーター、主婦(夫)、シニア、定年後の方まで多様な方が働いています。

Q. シフトの融通は利く?

A. 週1日からOK日中のみ、土日のみなど希望に合わせて調整可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

・実働時間:1日8時間

・平均勤務日数:月3日~25日

・シフト制:1日と15日に半月分を申告。週1日から相談に応じます。

・希望考慮:日勤のみ、平日のみ、土日のみなど、ライフスタイルに合わせた時間帯・曜日の相談が可能です。

休暇・休日:

・シフトによる自由設定

・年次有給休暇あり(社内規定による)

・家庭の都合や学校行事などに合わせた休日取得が可能です。

・日勤:日給 10,000円~

・夜勤:日給 11,500円~

・昇給制度:随時あり
