【職務概要】

調査・分析領域を支える基幹システム開発プロジェクト(5~15名規模)の責任者として、顧客提案から要件定義、開発、リリースまでを一貫して管理していただきます。

【職務詳細】

既存システムの改修だけでなく、生成AIを活用した新機能の実装や業務改革(DX)を推進します。将来的には組織マネジメントにも参画いただくリーダー候補の募集です。

◆プロジェクト管理:顧客折衝、要件定義、見積作成、スケジュール・品質・コスト管理

◆モダナイゼーション推進:既存資産(.NET)を活かしつつ、最新のクラウド機能を取り込む移行計画の策定

◆生成AI活用推進:AIによる業務効率化の企画(PoC)、評価、導入プロセスの整備

◆パートナー管理:協力会社の選定、契約、進捗管理、受入評価

◆組織運営:開発プロセスの標準化、メンバー育成、採用面接、部門課題の解決

【プロジェクト一例】

・AWS上での基幹システム機能追加およびクラウド最適化

・新規Webアプリ(React × Python)のアジャイル開発と運用立ち上げ

・生成AIを活用した社外提供システムの企画・導入

・レガシー脱却(DB移行、運用監視の統合、監査対応)

【業務内容変更の範囲】

【求める人材】

【必須】

・オープン系システムのPL/PM経験(3年以上、5~15名規模の統括経験)

・AWS環境でのアプリ設計に関する基礎知識(設計レビューができるレベル)

・外部ベンダー/協力会社のマネジメント、契約・見積の実務経験

・顧客要望を整理し、予算・納期とのバランスを考慮した合意形成ができる力

・メンバー育成や開発プロセス標準化に携わった経験

【尚可】

・C#/.NET または Pythonの設計・開発・レビュー経験

・マイグレーション(アプリ/DB)の計画・実行経験

・データ活用基盤(DWH/BI)の知見

・生成AI(LLM)を用いたサービスの企画・要件定義・PoC管理経験

【給与】

年収:600万~900万程度

月給制:月額343000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:有(約5.5ヵ月/年)

昇給:年1回(4月)

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所
